What We Remove

If it’s concrete (or concrete + rebar) and it needs to go, we can usually handle it.

Residential Concrete Removal

Homeowners & Property Managers

  • Concrete driveway removal (cracked, sunken, heaved)
  • Sidewalk tear-out (trip hazards, root damage)
  • Patio & porch demo (rebuild, expand, or change layout)
  • Shed / pad removal (old pads in the way)
  • Pool deck sections (selective removal)

Local “real-world” note

We see it all the time: a driveway gets patched five times, then a storm runs water under it, and now it’s breaking like a potato chip. Better to tear it out clean and prep it right than keep feeding the crack monster.

Commercial & Jobsite Concrete

Contractors, Developers, Facilities

  • Slab demo for remodels and rebuilds
  • Loading dock / apron removal (sections or full)
  • Footings & grade beams (light demo / selective)
  • Parking area concrete (small to mid tear-outs)
  • Equipment pad removal (HVAC/chiller pads, generator pads)

Clean handoff

We don’t leave “mystery piles.” We load out, haul off, and leave the area ready for the next trade to step in.

How Our Concrete Removal Process Works

Step What Happens Why It Matters
1) Plan & Protect We confirm access, utilities, and where debris will be staged/loaded. Prevents damage to lawns, curb edges, and nearby structures.
2) Controlled Break Saw-cut (when needed), then break the concrete into manageable pieces. Keeps the demo clean and predictable—especially near houses.
3) Load-Out We load debris into trucks/containers and keep the site organized. Faster turnaround, less mess, safer work area.
4) Haul & Dispose We haul debris off-site (and recycle when routing allows). Gets you a clear site and avoids lingering piles.
5) Clean Finish We tidy the area and can rough-grade for the next step. Preps for new concrete, paving, gravel, or landscaping.
Heads-up on thickness: 4" sidewalks come out very differently than 8"+ commercial pads. Tell us thickness and rebar status for accurate pricing.
Access changes everything: Backyard gate? Hill driveway? Downtown tight curb lane? We’ll plan the right equipment and haul approach.

South Carolina Areas We Cover

If you’re anywhere near the big corridors (I-26 / I-95 / I-20 / I-85), we’re used to mobilizing quickly.

  • Mount Pleasant • James Island • Johns Island
