Whole Buildings, Tight Sites, Real Schedules — We Make the Hard Look Orderly.

Taking down a building isn’t about swinging bigger, it’s about sequencing smarter. We survey what stays, protect it like it’s priceless, and dismantle what goes — steel, wood, block, brick, and concrete — with methods matched to your site, neighbors, and timeline. Utilities get verified and capped; inspectors get looped in, not surprised. Debris moves out as fast as structure comes down so you never stare at a mountain of rubble wondering where the budget went.

What We Handle

  • Single- and multi-story residential tear downs
  • Commercial & light industrial buildings (retail bays, offices, small warehouses)
  • Accessory structures (garages, sheds, outbuildings)
  • Selective structural removals (roofs, wings, mezzanines)
  • Concrete & masonry: slabs, footings, stoops, block & brick
  • Hard-to-access sites: alleys, tight lots, overhead utilities

If you’ve got a complex phasing plan, occupied neighbors, or a zero-dust mandate, this is where we live. We stage protection, plan egress, choreograph equipment, and keep it quiet enough to avoid a neighborhood uprising.

Our Process: Plan • Protect • Perform • Pass-Off

  1. Scope & Engineering. We confirm drawings, load paths, and fall sequence. If required, we coordinate with your engineer for means & methods sign-off.
  2. Permits & Utilities. Permit help as needed. Gas, electric, water, sewer, comms — verified shut or capped before demo starts.
  3. Site Protection. Fencing, signage, dust control, drainage and sidewalk protection. Interiors get negative air where needed.
  4. Controlled Demolition. Sectional dismantling, equipment sized to the site, spotters and clear egress at all times.
  5. Debris Management. Sorted as we go — metal, clean concrete, wood — to speed disposal and keep loads efficient.
  6. Clean Handoff. Final rake, magnet roll, and documentation for your lender/insurer. Ready for the next trade.
Compliance That Keeps You Moving

Paperwork isn’t glamorous, but fines aren’t either. We provide insurance certificates, schedule inspections, and help with permit requirements. If asbestos or lead surveys are needed, we coordinate that before anyone touches a wall. Utility verification isn’t a checkbox — it’s policy. Documentation for lenders and insurers is ready upon request.

Safety First, Second, and Always

Every job begins with a hazard analysis and material-flow plan. Spotters watch the blind sides; fence lines and signage keep pedestrians out of the danger cone. Interiors get dust walls and HEPA filtration. We keep noise measured, not medieval — and we communicate with neighbors so everyone knows what to expect.

Pricing That Reads Like a Receipt, Not a Riddle

Transparent line items: mobilization, fencing & protection, demo labor and equipment, debris handling, haul-away, and backfill as applicable. Unknowns — double sheathing, buried slabs, hidden utilities — are flagged early. We give options: proceed, pause for inspection, or value-engineer the scope. We accept card, check, ACH, and provide invoices acceptable to lenders and insurers.

Residential & Commercial: Same Discipline, Different Scale

Houses come down with neighbor diplomacy and tight debris timing. Commercial jobs get off-hour options, loading dock logistics, and coordination with other trades so schedules don’t collide. Either way, we leave you with a clean pad and a clear path for what’s next.

Clean Means Clean

Final sweep inside, rake and magnet outside. Dumpsters pulled or swapped same day whenever possible. Photo documentation before/after upon request. When we say you’re ready for the next trade, your next trade can actually start.
